Winbourne retreat and function centre is located about an hour west of Sydney, via the M4 motorway near Penrith NSW.

Set in the picturesque bushland of Mulgoa Valley, at the foot of the Blue Mountains, Winbourne is a unique venue featuring historical sandstone buildings in tranquil country surroundings.

Winbourne offers an escape away from the hectic pace of city life and is ideally set up for school retreats, spirituality days, leadership camps or team building sessions. Also popular with sporting and special interest community groups, conferences, family functions, weddings, naming days and funeral wakes.

We offer a variety of different function rooms and versatile break-out areas for reflective gatherings set in tranquil bushland surroundings. Each conference room is well equipped and comes with easy to operate audio visual equipment.

Winbourne can facilitate single day events, mid-week, weekend overnight or full week retreats with on-site accommodation. Small groups... Cottage accommodation for small groups, three cottages with up to 48 guests. For larger groups ....the Lodge accommodation has 22 rooms and can cater for up to 93 guests with shared facilities.

There is a full catering service is available to suit all functions and our main air-conditioned dining room can seat up to 150 guests. Meals are freshly prepared on-site daily and our catering team offers a wonderful variety of food from breakfast through to supper. Arrangements for special dietary requirements can be made with prior notice.
