Winbourne offers a peaceful and versatile corporate conference venue near Penrith, ideal for business conferences, management retreats, staff training days, workshops and team-building events. Located in Mulgoa, around an hour west of Sydney, the historic Centre, with original sandstone buildings, provides a private setting away from the distractions of the city while remaining easily accessible from Western Sydney and the M4.

A range of conference, meeting and breakout rooms can accommodate both small groups and larger corporate events, with audio visual equipment, on-site catering and overnight accommodation available to suit your program. Set within extensive bushland grounds, Winbourne also provides plenty of space for informal sessions, outdoor breaks and team activities, making it a flexible venue for single-day and multi-day business events.

Our catering team freshly prepares all meals on-site each day and offers a wonderful variety of food from breakfast right through to dessert. Special dietary requirements can be met with prior notice and staff are always willing to meet with our clients to discuss any specific requirements to ensure your function is a success. Our main dining room can seat up to 150 guests and is fully air conditioned. Outdoor picnic tables are available for guests who would like to enjoy the picturesque and extensive grounds that Winbourne offers.
