Winbourne is located in the picturesque Mulgoa Valley, near Penrith NSW, about an hour west of Sydney, at the foot of the Blue Mountains.

‘Winbourne’ offers a world away from the hectic pace of city life and is ideally set up as a school retreat centre catering to all schools and levels – state, private, catholic and alternative schools.

We offer a variety of function rooms and versatile break-out areas for reflective gatherings set in tranquil bushland surroundings. Each conference room is well equipped and comes with very user-friendly and easy to operate audio visual equipment.

Winbourne can facilitate single day events, mid-week or weekend overnight retreats with on-site accommodation.

Full catering service is available and our main air-conditioned dining room can seat up to 150 guests. Meals are freshly prepared on-site daily and our catering team offers a wonderful variety of food from breakfast through to supper. Special dietary requirements can be met with prior notice.
